Regulatory Requirements
Under a 1978 Michigan law, any company, organization, association or entity that will be “working” the Legislature or state agencies needs to be registered and report twice a year to the Secretary of State’s office as to the amount of money spent on lobbying public officials. This is not a difficult process. MLC will work closely with you to complete all necessary paperwork.
